Due to the digital nature of our architectural designs and the risk of unauthorized duplication, all sales of house plans are final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a one-time exchange program if you find a different design that better suits your needs within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Review Your Order

  Double-check your order confirmation and ensure you have not yet downloaded or printed the full construction set, as accessed files may void exchange eligibility.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your exchange request to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Select New Plans

  Browse our collection to find a replacement barndominium design of equal or greater value; you will only be responsible for the price difference and a small processing fee.

• 4.
  Receive Digital Delivery

  Once your exchange is approved and the previous license is revoked, we will issue your new digital blueprints and documentation via secure email link.
